Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival

The Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival begins from January 5th and last for a month long. The city Harbin is situated in Northern China, which directly influenced with cold wind from Siberia. Its average temperature is 21.2 degree Celsius in summer and -16.8 degree Celsius in winter.
